RADIO BLAZE HITS THE AIRWAVES!! By Kristy-Anne
This was an awesome time!! We met Harry's friend, Bex at Radio Network and she allowed us to take over a radio station for the night. 
We had a chance to be DJ's ON THE AIR!! We could play anything we wanted and it was a lot of fun!
There were interviews and singing, plots on how to take over the world and destroy the moon, and songs of course. 
Bex also took us around the studio to see the different things that happen in and around. Wow!! When all was said and done, it was time for us to come back. THANKS BEX!!! YOU ARE THE BOMB!!
Raylene gave her testimony, we had supper, and played games. All in all - a great night of fun. It's going to be hard to top this one but, I am looking forward to next term's off-site BLAZE night (whatever that may be)!

Beauty & The Beast Night!! By Jax Dalley
Hi my name is Jackson and we had Beauty and the Beast night (boys & girls did thier own thang)! 
The girls made candles with Monica and Zoe. 
Trudi also made greeting cards with the girls which they had a blast! It gave the girls a chance to catch up on "the latest" and make a great item for a friend. Da boyz had a pool tournement and YOURS TRUELY won!! First prize was a presentation folder for the new Super 14 rugby cards! MINT!
HEY HARRY! WHERE'S THE CUE BALL?!?!?!?!?
Afterwards, Monica gave her testimony and then we had supper to include a chocolate fountain!!

TECHNO NIGHT by Jemma Pue
Man! This was awesome! Record mixes were spinnin' & scratchin' by "DJ R" (Robert Hayles) with pillow fights and crazy dancing in da mosh pit!
We had THREE game systems set up - one with Buzz Trivia, one with High School Musical singalong, and Halo on the widescreen.
For supper, we had hot crossed buns, vinegar chippies with a dash of salt (more like a teaspoon of salt), burger rings, coke, and other treats. Sam "THE GANNAT" Dally ate 12 hot crossed buns and guzzled down the rest of the coke (I wonder if he ever eats at home...hmmm). Devotion was conducted by Harry. We learned about swearing and cursing (see "What Does The Bible Say About" section this website) and everyone received a free CD (which has all the latest contemporary Christian hip-hop and rock hits) to commemorate the night. One of our record crowds for the term & fun was had by all. Looking forward to doing this again!! Next meeting "Beauty and the Beast" night. Bring a friend! OUT!!

Howdy. My names Josh(Bob) and this school holiday period, I travelled to Christchurch to visit my Uncle. He runs a computer internet something business, and I was stoked when he rang up to see if I wanted to work there again (I worked there 3weeks last Christmas too).
All I did basically was all the boring jobs that no-one else wanted to do, like making a really big spreadsheet of his customers (took 3 days full work), and another spreadsheet of potential customers (really big and boring - mp3 player essential for this kinda stuff), and also doing everything possible to break a website they were working on. That was cool, because I got to do really really really stupid things and noone would tell me off and I even got paid for it.
While I was there, my nerf dart pen (tada wow yea yay etc) that i got for Christmas got plenty of practise, because I had no choice but to defend my self numerous times, from the evil threats of the office. Cough cough. You see Andy, across the office, had one of those computer controlled rocket launchers, so, war was inevitable. I made it though - with money!!!
